Testimonials

"Amy did an amazing Jon with explaining what needed to be done with my roof and helped me through the whole process and was cheaper than the other contractors!"

"Shaun and his guys were so professional and courteous. One of our garages caught fire, it & our back deck completely burned to the ground, this also melted the back of house, which has a large stained glass window. They called a professional stained glass removal & repair company before they even started to assess if any damage had been done. They completed our siding in a timely manner and they did quality work. Our home looks beautiful!! Shaun was always available to answer questions and address concerns from start to finish. I would highly recommend this company"

"ACI and Curt were quick to respond, installed the roof earlier than I expected and completed the job in 1 day. I was nervous because I was away at work that day, but Curt reassured me that he would take care of everything and let me know updates throughout the day. I came home to a beautiful new roof! I highly recommend ACI and Curt Darabcsek!"

"Good work and clean up was done in less than 6 hours. On time and job was done quickly and efficiently. 5 stars in my books. Thank you."

"I work with Shawn Gaffney for a roof replacement. He was very professional, one time and a man of his word. The customer service was excellent. His crew did an awesome job and the finish product looks great. I could not have welcomed a better experience than what I received from Shawn and his roofing crew. You guys are awesome and I appreciate your good work and professionalism. I highly recommend ACI."

"We were 100% impressed and satisfied with the entire process of having our storm damaged roofs recently replaced at our multi family units. Amy Smith was very professional, made it very smooth and was awesome to work with. She showed up at the job site on several occasions to coordinate the entire process. High quality workmanship and very fair pricing- Well highly recommend and will use them again. TM"

"We had a serious problem in our attic and needed specific ventilation on the roof in order to resolve it. Shawn came over and looked at it and I explained the attic situation. He understood exactly what we needed, ACI came and installed a new roof with ventilation and we are very satisfied and they did a fine job…"

"We had a metal roof installed by an incompetent contractor. By the time we figured out what a disaster we had on our hands, they’d “gone out of business” and “sold the assets” to different owners, who would not honor the warranty. We didn’t want the same bunch of miscreants on our property so we got some estimates and found ACI. Chris is very forthright and honest about the situation. I had a very low opinion of the roofing industry by this time but he put us at ease. His people did a very good job tearing off the mess that was here and repairing the damage. They put on a new roof and cleaned up thoroughly. We are quite satisfied. Please give Chris and ACI your consideration if you need a new roof or repairs."

"EXPECTATIONS EXCEEDED!"

"We had ACI Exteriors help us with a new roof due to storm damage, new siding, soffits and gutters. From the first phone call to the completion of this extensive project everything was handled professionally, on time and with very pleasant workers on the job. Each Crew was polite, friendly and cleaned up each day. Our interactions with Shawn the owner was awesome, he’s got some great ideas! I’m glad we listened to him. I could not be happier with the results. We’ve essentially got a new house and we get compliments from all of our neighbors. I’d recommend this company to my friends!"

"He did an outstanding job."

"Chris is absolutely the easiest contractor we have ever worked with. Honest, low-pressure, and he took a great deal of time with us before even signing a contract. His crew was incredible. They put in 12 hour days to get the job done before the weather changed. We are absolutely in love with our new siding, and we cannot be happier with the experience we had with ACI."

"Good."

"Wonderful customer service. The crew were extremely efficient. Tear off and replace a roof on 1200 sq foot house in one day. Plus they were extremely meticulous in their clean up. I would highly recommend this company."

"I received three bids to strip the old roof and replace it at my home, ACI Exteriors was the successful contractor, they were not the least expensive but the quality of the materials and the integrity and professional knowledge from the owner Shawn Gassny got them job. Value is the intersection of quality and cost, ACI provided excellent value. My neighbor commented to me how meticulous the staff was in cleaning the work site, after two months I have yet to find a single nail or other debris. ACI, in my opinion is worth consideration for your roofing project, you will be well satisfied."

"JOE MASTERS IS PROFESSIONAL & PERSONABLE"

"Joe was so great! He was on time, professional, and answered all of my questions with kindness. He did some repairs at an incredibly reasonable price. Will definitely use this company in the future!"

"ACI did a great job installing our new roof. About halfway in to the installation it started pouring down rain, which halted work, but only during the downpour. Shortly after the break, they started working again, in the rain, and stayed until the roof and clean-up was finished. The next day, Joe stopped by to look over the work and make sure clean-up was up to expectations."

"Call for a free inspection and estimate."

"I couldn’t be more pleased with my new roof. Curt was most attentive with my roofing situation. He is courteous and professional. He maintained contact through phone calls and texts. The crew was outstanding. I was impressed with their professional work. They are very hard workers. Cleanup was great, too. Curt works to save a client money. Curt worked with the insurance company and made sure the claim was properly handled. Thank you ACI Exteriors. Thank you Curt D and the entire team."

"We all know how stressful it can be to find a contractor you can trust. Look no further? Chris was very honest and without filters. What he presented during our consultation actually happened. "Good deal on my gutters. Clean and fast."

"Professional and Trustworthy!"

"Wow – is all I can say! Easiest and most pleasant home improvement projects ever! Quality work, amazing follow up, fair prices and perfect clean up! I would highly recommend!! Thanks you Chris & Beth for the amazing job you did in our roof and gutters! Can’t wait for the next project your helping us with!!"

"Really excellent experience with ACI, I highly recommend them. Joe Masters was personable, honest and flexible, really made the process simple on my end. Communication was excellent. I needed a new roof, but also had fascia damage. Roof went on first, which revealed the extent of the fascia rot and that job was moved up. Within four days I had a new roof, new fascia and soffiting, and new gutters. Yard was clean, you could barely tell anyone had been there. Joe came by to check every day to make sure things were going well and to answer any questions I had. Pricing was very reasonable and Joe was upfront about any possible hidden costs. There were no surprises. I couldn’t be happier with the work and the end result and will be recommending Joe and ACI to everyone I know. Thank you, ACI!"

"Best roofing company in St louis"

"Curt and ACI crew are just amazing. They replaced a roof for us. Curt is a great guy to work with; prompt and thorough. ACI’s professional and courteous crew took pride in explaining what they were going to do and provide updates on how things were progressing. They worked non-stop to get the roof done before the next rain. Couldn’t be happier at the quality of work done."

"KNOWLEDGEALBE CONTRACTOR"

"ACI exteriors installed my whole house siding in early 2021. The workmanship and quality was excellent. I am very happy with the result. I had an issue this week I am embarrassed to say pointed to a siding problem. They immediately came out and inspected and sorted the problem out (with this problem customer). Their customer service is superior."

"These guys were amazing. They worked 12—15 hour days to beat the weather. Even in the dark, they were cleaning up after each day. They never quit working and the roof looks beautiful. Bone dry, even after a long torrential downpour today (always a sign of a good roof). This is a first class company. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new roof."

"Joe is the most knowledgeable, handy, and honest project manager I have ever seen. He helped me diagnose and solved my roof leakage problem and had done a great job. Thank you so much, ACI. I will definitely recommend your business to my family and friends. First-class work."
