Why Gutters Are Essential
Without a properly functioning gutter system, your home is vulnerable to a range of serious and expensive problems.
Foundation Damage
Water pooling around your foundation can cause cracks, settling, and even basement flooding — one of the most expensive home repairs possible.
Roof & Fascia Rot
Clogged or damaged gutters force water to back up under shingles and saturate fascia boards, leading to rot and structural deterioration.
Landscape Erosion
Uncontrolled water runoff washes away topsoil and landscaping, creating unsightly erosion and drainage issues around your property.
Mold & Moisture
Poor drainage creates moisture buildup in walls and crawlspaces, creating ideal conditions for mold growth and compromising indoor air quality.

Gutter Guard Systems
Gutters play a crucial role in protecting your home from water damage, but they can easily become clogged with debris like leaves, twigs, and pine needles. This can lead to overflowing gutters, water damage, and costly repairs. To keep your gutters functioning optimally and to save you from frequent cleaning, ACI Roofing and Exteriors offers two types of high-quality gutter guards: Micro Mesh and EZ Lock. Each type has unique features and benefits designed to meet your specific needs and ensure your home remains protected all year round.
Micro Mesh Gutter Guards
Micro Mesh gutter guards are designed to offer superior protection against even the smallest debris. Made from high-quality stainless steel, these guards are perfect for homeowners looking for a durable and reliable solution.
- Superior Filtration: The micro mesh design allows water to pass through while keeping out leaves, pine needles, and other small debris.
- Durability: Constructed from stainless steel, these guards are resistant to rust and corrosion, ensuring long-lasting performance.
- Low Maintenance: With Micro Mesh gutter guards, you'll spend less time cleaning your gutters and more time enjoying your home.
EZ Lock Gutter Guards
EZ Lock gutter guards are an excellent choice for homeowners seeking an easy-to-install and effective gutter protection solution. These guards are designed to fit securely onto your existing gutters, providing a hassle-free installation process.
- Easy Installation: EZ Lock guards can be quickly and securely attached to your existing gutters without the need for professional tools or equipment.
- Effective Debris Protection: These guards prevent larger debris such as leaves and twigs from clogging your gutters, ensuring smooth water flow.
- Cost-Effective: EZ Lock gutter guards offer excellent protection at an affordable price, making them a popular choice for many homeowners.
